江戸時代から奥吉野の湯治場として知られた入之波温泉(しおのはおんせん)。
全国的にも珍しい毎分500リットル自噴している自家源があり、ナトリウム一炭酸水素塩の濃厚な泉質で、時間が経つにつれ無色透明から黄金色に変化します。総杉丸太造りの浴場は、溢れ出た湯の析出物が固まり、まるで陶器のように美しいです。
少しぬるめの露天風呂からは、自然の渓谷をパノラマのように一望しながら長湯を楽しんでいただけます。

Price: Adults 800 yen, Children (elementary school age and younger) 400 yen
Note: Tattoos are not allowed in the baths.

Shionoha Onsen has been known as a therapeutic hot spring in Okuyoshino since the Edo period.
It has its own hot spring source that gushes 500 liters per minute, a rarity in Japan, and is rich in sodium monohydrocarbonate.The bathhouse, made of cedar logs, is as beautiful as a piece of pottery, as the precipitates from the overflowing hot water have hardened.
From the slightly lukewarm open-air bath, visitors can enjoy a long soak while enjoying a panoramic view of the natural valley.
