鳳凛の旅記録🍃

今回は、五頭温泉郷村杉温泉「長生館」の後編です。
村杉温泉は今回で2回目！
ラジウム温泉の魅力に取り憑かれて、また来ちゃいました♪

※詳しい概要が[前編]に記載してあるので読んでね。

夜の露天風呂から朝の露天風呂へ。
存分に温泉を堪能しました♪

ラジウム温泉は、免疫学者も認める奇跡の名湯。
とにかく体への効果が抜群です。
ラジウム泉は、放射能泉とも呼ばれ、微量の放射能物質を含みます。
放射能と聞くと、有害なイメージがあると思いますが、微量であれば逆に有益な作用を果たします。（ホルミシス効果）

この微量の放射線を浴びることにより、細胞を刺激し、免疫力を活性化させます。
そして免疫力の向上は、様々な病気を遠ざけることに繋がります。

ラジウム温泉は「飲み、吸い、浸かる」ことによって効果を発揮します。

「飲む」：長生館には、保健所から認定された源泉の飲泉所があります。
「吸う」：長生館の庭園はラドン濃度が高く、散歩するだけでラドンを吸引できます。
「浸かる」：温冷交互浴を行うことで、血流が良くなり、体温をあげ、新陳代謝が活発になります。

チェックアウト後は、なんだか体が軽くなり、体の悪いものが全て抜けた感じがしました。

From the open-air bath at night to the open-air bath in the morning.
I enjoyed the hot spring to the fullest♪

Radium hot spring is a miraculous hot water that even immunologists recognize.
Anyway, the effects on the body are outstanding.
Radium spring is also called radioactive spring and contains trace amounts of radioactive substances.
Radioactivity may sound harmful, but in minute quantities, it has a beneficial effect. (Hormesis effect).

Exposure to trace amounts of radiation stimulates cells and activates the immune system.
The improvement of immunity leads to keeping various diseases away.

Radium hot spring water can be drunk, inhaled, and soaked.

Drink: Choseikan has a drinking fountain certified by the public health center.
Inhale: The Choseikan garden has a high concentration of radon, and you can inhale radon just by strolling through the garden.
Soak: Alternating between hot and cold baths improves blood flow, raises body temperature, and stimulates metabolism.

After checking out, I felt somewhat lighter and all the bad stuff in my body was gone.
